Responsible for negotiating work plans and acting as liaison between industry and regulators. Responsible for development of soil characterization plans including sampling methodologies, data quality assurance, data management and final reporting to clients and regulatory agencies. Analyzed thousands of soil samples using portable X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) equipment.
James Fricke III
Engineer-in-Training
Education
BE in Civil and Environmental Engineering - University of Utah, 2019
Total Years of Experience: 14 years
Aided in preparation of Sampling and Analysis Plans. Conducted reclamation on a CERCLA site using hand tools and heavy equipment. Conducted ground and surface water investigations at a remote mine site in Montana. Assisted in the construction and operation of a pilot study of a bioremediation systems used to remove heavy metals from mine water discharge. Experienced with GPS, multi-meter, flow meter, and XRF. Adept at following detailed FSP procedures and acquiring groundwater, surface water, soil and sediment data. Aided in design and oversight of tailings cover and wedge buttress. Conducted soil and air investigations at a remote mine reclamation site in Washington.
Mr. Fricke has fourteen years of experience in the environmental industry with Resource Environmental Management Consultants (REMC). He has conducted field investigations using sophisticated water and soil sampling equipment in a variety of settings. James has experience with a variety of environmental projects including reclamation of mine sites and managing pilot biotreatment studies on highly contaminated mine water. At REMC, James is responsible for collecting soil and water samples, submitting samples to the laboratory for analysis, data management and preparation of technical reports.
Rachel Ridge
